been so long since i had a real movie marathon
caught 'The Dark Knight' and 'The Mummy Returns 3' at JP
yea i noe its so dumb watching at JP cos i wld most probably spend the next 3 yrs of my life hanging ard JP liao.haha!but im too lazy to go out so far just to catch movies la
besides,i can get beta seats in JP (:
the bad thing abt it is the seats in JP cinema are super small la.cant stretch ur body too much.HAHA!
The Dark Knight was too complicated for ppl like me to uds man.i dno wats the prob wif me cos i super hate listening to ang moh speak eng cos i cant catch wat they are saying or mebbe its just probs wif my ears la.the chinese subtitles are so long n it appears like for 3 seconds b4 i cant read them so its just a waste of my 'eye power' trying to read the chinese subtitles.bahhh!
according to many,the plot was nice.oh yeah mebbe it was but i spent half the time in the cinema trying to figure out wats gg on now and then la.LOL!now i sound so dumb.
i liked the last part of the show cos it shows dat humans aren't so 'ugly' in the face of death.HA!proves the joker freaking wrong.super touching when the batman agreed be the 'bad guy' who killed so many ppl when it was actually harvey dent who did it.feels so sad when they say gotham city no longer needs him la.mebbe a true hero is someone who is compelled to do wat ppl wan to see and is someone who shld be there even when noone needs him.
heath ledger is rly the man for the role of joker la.mebbe m a sicko or wat but sth i find him abit funny la.haha!muz be his actions or stupid grin la.lol.
overall, a nice movie cos i like the ending.not the usual happy endings we see and its kind of meaningful (:
personally i wld prefer The Mummy Returns cos its easier to uds and i cld catch wat they are saying thru out the show.muahahaha!
i tink brendan fraser is super funny la!he got the comedian look la!super cute!reminds me of his role in George Of The Jungle.lol.oh!and his wife is cool la!martial arts pro!haha!
tis movie is not as 'deep' as dark knight but i tink the sense of humour incorporated into the movie is enuff to make u rank it at the same level as the dark knight.
one funny thing abt this movie is dat jet li,being a mummy keeps tearing off his face(or rather his soldified mummy face) and he kip using his powers to restore his face.HAHAA!lame la!i mean wats the point of tearing off ur face n restoring it aft dat.might as well stop tearing it off n conserve energy.LOL!
oh yessss i forgot to mention dat the batman is shuai lehhhhh!!!!got the tom cruise feeel.hahaha!
