its a miracle how i managed to limp or rather tip-toe to work today
i'm so pro.hahaaha!
ytd morning i woke up and to my horror,i could not walk without tip-toeing.just dno for wadeva reason,i had to walk with a bent knee or else my calves wld hurt badly :(((
seriously had no idea wth happened overnight.i could still walk normally the day before leh.i'm guessing that i stretched my hemstring cos now it's like super painful to walk wif my legs straight.sucky.now den i realise how fortunate it is to sit n stand up n just walk liddat.now when i stand up,i haf to rock back n forth a lil to get my legs accustomed to the 'straight' position before i can start walking.otherwise,i will walk like a duck.unglammmmm(ok not like im glam anyway).sad.i wonder how long will it take for the aches to go away :(((
seee.dats the consequence of playing too much bball in arcade.then agn,i tink its kinda kua zhang to have such serious muscleaches just playing the game la.i wasn't even exercising.haix.this rly goes to show how unfit i m.okok im digressing.haha.despite the muscleache i had,considering it was quite serious cos i dun rmb myself having any of such muscleaches before in my life,i still went shopping wif ngoh :)))
surprisingly,i felt no aches when i shopped.either bcos i was wearing heels so toes are tipped,hence no aches felt while shopping OR shopping rly cures everytink.hehe.i guess its due to both reasons la.
I'm so proud of myself cos i lugged nth home from my shopping trip :)))
altho its gna sound crazy coming from me,at least tis shows i haf kept to my promise to be FRUGAL.wahahaha!yeah man!
oh anyways,the GREAT SPORE SALES is tis coming fri!!!woots!!!
im gna be frugal up till tis thurs kaes.(my reward for keeping to my promise will be dat im gna splurge when GSS comes.hahhaah!)
